The first step is your free hair analysis. It determines whether you are suitable for treatment and whether your donor area can provide a natural, dense result.

No. Your hair transplant will be pain-free.

The most uncomfortable part of a hair transplant is usually not the procedure itself. It is the local anaesthetic, which normally requires between 20 and 30 injections.

With our Sleep-Deep method, you are asleep during this exact stage. You are sedated intravenously for approximately 15 minutes, while we administer the local anaesthetic.

By the time you wake up, the entire area is already numb. This means you do not experience pain during the procedure.

A specialist anaesthetist monitors you continuously throughout the sedation.

Your trip lasts three days.

Day 1: Our VIP shuttle collects you from Istanbul Airport.

At the clinic, you complete the six examinations included in our Pre-Test System. We use these measurements to create your personalised treatment plan, including how deeply each graft should be implanted, the angle at which it should grow and the shape of your hairline.

You then check into your four-star hotel and have the rest of the day to yourself.

Day 2: A doctor begins by designing your hairline together with you.

Your procedure is then carried out using the Sleep-Deep method. Meals and all transfers are included.

Day 3: You attend your final medical examination and aftercare consultation.

You receive your medication and care products, after which our shuttle takes you back to the airport.

Most patients can return to their normal daily routine after five to six days, depending on the type of work they do.

The small scabs in the recipient area usually heal within approximately ten days. From that point onwards, the scalp generally looks normal again.

Our doctors monitor your recovery through the Elithair App. You regularly upload photographs, and your doctor will personally advise you when you can return to exercise and physical activity based on your individual healing process.

Your hair is as unique as your fingerprint. That is why we do not use a standard treatment plan.

Before surgery, most clinics only carry out a blood test to rule out infections.

We also measure the characteristics that make your scalp different from every other patient’s: the thickness of your scalp using ultrasound, the blood flow through your scalp arteries using Doppler ultrasound and the density and structure of your grafts using the TrichoLAB scanner.

We also perform an ECG and two blood tests: one to check for infectious diseases and another to identify possible causes of your hair loss.

Together, these are the six examinations included in our Pre-Test System.

Our doctors use these results to calculate the three factors that determine the quality of your outcome: the implantation depth, the angle of each individual hair and the design of your hairline.

If grafts are implanted too close to the surface, the growth rate can fall to approximately 60%. When they are implanted at the ideal depth for your scalp, the growth rate exceeds 95%.

The implantation angle determines whether your new hair grows in the same direction as your existing hair or sticks out unnaturally.

This is why two patients receiving the same number of grafts do not necessarily receive the same treatment at Elithair.

The quality of our clinic is not only monitored internally. It is also inspected by the government.

The Turkish Ministry of Health inspects our clinic once or twice every month. These inspections cover our medical processes, hygiene, sterilisation, documentation and the treatments themselves.
